How to speed up my pc? There is a several way to improve the speed of your computer by backing up your computer files, reformat your hard disk and then reinstall the Operating System from scratch and the key applications you use. Try checking the Windows updates and other downloads that need to eliminate to speed the system up. You may have many software packages on your hard drive that are no longer needed, or they were pointlessly installed when you downloaded some other package. Better go to Control Panel, then Add/Remove Software to see what packages are installed. Delete the ones you know you don’t need anymore, and do a web search to learn about the ones you’re not sure about. Now, I perfectly understand how to speed up my computer.
