I wanted to make sure it was all gone

When you delete files from your computer, they are not really gone. As anyone should know that from watching detective shows that they seem to always recover stuff that people had thought that they deleted permanently. Well there are registry cleaners available to do this, and it will be gone completely. I really have nothing to hide, I just figure that there are plenty of things that are lingering and taking up room on my hard drive. Possibly I am wrong but I would just like to know everything is gone and it was a clean sweep, I have enough problems with my computer being too slow.
