Selling a house in Sandy Utah

I am thinking about selling my house and I am curious about other homes for sale in Sandy Utah .
It seems that are job market is pretty good here, I haven’t seen too many people losing their jobs around here.
I have lived here about 6 years and I have a bit of equity, however I am wondering if I might get a better price by waiting just a bit. I’m not really in a huge rush to move, I just found a house that my wife fell in love with and is at a really good price for the size of it.
