I Didn’t Realize How Rich They Were

I didn’t realize how well-off my sister and brother-in-law were until I spent the night at their house last week. They live several states away from me, so it was the first time I was able to visit. They never flaunt their money, so I had no idea how much they had. I assumed they were doing all right, because they always got me wonderful gifts for Christmas, but I didn’t think they were any more than middle-class. As soon as I saw their house, however, I could tell that they were rich. It was three stories high, with huge windows and Modern Beds in every room. I would have felt out of place if it weren’t for the fact that they were so welcoming.
