Cuckoo Clocks: Savor the Memory

There are things as a child, even though you don’t realize at the time, that make a lasting impression on you. For me, it was the collection of authentic German Cuckoo Clocks my grandparents had in their home. Most of them were purchased in Germany by my uncle who was stationed there after the 2nd world war. He would buy 1 or 2 each year and send them home to various relatives. How most of them ended up in one place I don’t know. What I do know is that I now have 2 in my own home. They are a subtle reminder of fun times spent at grandma and grandpa’s house.
