Count Calories for Weight Loss

It would anger a lot of people that promote diets to hear me say that the only real way to lose weight is to eat less calories than one burns. Doctors have been saying this for years but no one wants to listen. A person can count calories easily with a food diary. They do not even have to have a pen and paper anymore. All of this can be kept track of online. This is much easier for most people and may actually keep them motivated to eat less and end up losing weight. After all, that is the goal.
