Building a scale RC helicopter

I have been collecting scale RC helicopters for years. I have been buying unassembled ones for a long time and really wanted to find a way to further my expertise in this wonderful hobby. I then decided to look into building a scale rc helicopter from scratch. It is possible to do this with basic items from a hardware store but there is a lot of skill needed to be able to pull this off. I highly recommend that someone who would like to get to the point of building one on there own to first start out with partially assembled rc helis in order to get a feel for where everything goes first.
