Weight watchers diet is the weight watchers program component. The diet plan comprises of foods and food intakes that help you to fight fats and keeping your body slim. This program does not aim in drastic reduction of your weight but stabilizing your weight to the standard level. For example if you are a male with six feet height, you cannot go lower than 144 pounds in weight. But if you gain more than 220 pounds, you must reduce it to the standard level.
