Trying to Get Rid of My Gout

There is so much information on the internet, it is going to take me a while to wade through the things that are relevant. I am trying to find out the best ways to deal with gout. In the meantime, I am going to take the Allopurinol drug prescription I got from my doctor and get it filled so at least I have a chance of minimizing the problems that it is causing me. I have to spend a lot of time on my feet for work, so having gout is definitely not a pleasant experience for me at all.
