Fresh or Frozen Diet Meals
By admin | February 23, 2010
Often times the diet food that I find in the store is saturated with extra sodium to keep it longer. How do I get away from this? Should I look for more fresh food items or is there in fact a way to get frozen foods and keep them for when I want them but have them prepared without the sodium? I like the looks of bistro md but sometimes I may not be home to enjoy the foods that are prepared and I need them to keep longer then intended. Is that possible with this system or do they prepare them with low salt intake in mind?
