Causes of Vaginal Odor

Bacterial vaginosis is a condition in which altered the normal bacterial balance of the vagina, so that certain bacteria grow excessively. It is treated with antibiotics. Another possible cause of a foul vaginal odor, like rotten fish, is trichomoniasis. Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted disease characterized by infection of the urogenital system. It is usually transmitted through sexual transmission. Oral administration of metronidazole (both partners) eradicates odor infection. Causes of vaginal Odor is wear tight clothing that does not allow proper aeration of the female genitalia and transpiration of the skin in this area (such as pants and panty too tight).
