By admin | March 31, 2010

There has been quite a few flavours of the month from the running group. The majority appear and disappear. The current popular topic is barefoot running distinct from running with running shoes. The barefoot jogging group really are a small fringe, however an extremely vocal community providing the impression that they are an increasing fad. They consider jogging shoes being bad and the actual cause of nearly all athletic injuries, though they are able to show no evidence to support the actual statement. Additionally , they make some other claims that those that train without shoes will be more efficient runners. This as well is not held up by the research which only shows that without shoes training differs to jogging in shoes.
