What Does Charter Schools Have to Offer?

Christopher goes to a public school in Phoenix. He is in the 5th grade and he does pretty well in school. His friend Steven lives next door to him and they are always hanging out at each others house. Steven does not attend the same school that Christopher does. Steven goes to Phoenix Charter Schools. Steven has told Christopher a lot about his school and wishes that Christopher would start attending it with him. Christopher told Steven that he was going to ask his parent if he could switch to the charter school at the beginning of the next school year.
