A Finalist For A Grant I Thought I Lost

I am so excited about letter that I recently received from AERA grants program. I had applied for a grant months ago and thought that I didn’t qualify because I hadn’t heard anything back from them. Then yesterday I received a letter in the mail stating that I was a finalist for their dissertation research grants competition. The letter also stated that I needed to meet with them for the final stages of the application process. I am so excited and nervous at the same time because I really would like to have this grant. Now I’m sitting around wondering what kind of questions they would be asking me and how best to answer.
