My wife gave birth to our beautiful little girl about five months ago, and she has been telling me that it is time to lose those extra baby pounds that are stubbornly clinging onto her. She was looking at the nutrisystem vs medifast diets, and she thinks that she wants to go with the first one because she has heard about how delicious the meals are from her friends at work. She likes that she won’t have to deal with a bunch of food prep, because when you have an infant in the house you do not usually have much time for that.
